The best and worst thing about life is that it goes on. Whether you use this simple fact as good or bad totally depends on your own attitude towards life.

keep moving
"World is not a parking place, its a racing track", i heard this statement some years back and found it to be true in nearly everything in life. One more thing i realised in all these years is that more than being true, its necessary. If someone wants to survive in this world, this is one of the few things he or she is bound to learn. We always had to keep our shoes on and be ready to move on, move on from our grudges, our complains and the lemons life throws at us. If we don't follow this mantra, we stop ourself from learning new things and stop learning means stop growing. We have to be on move, forgive all those who have hurt us, left behind what all embarrasses us and then only we could succeed.

learning
I learn something every day,
and its not always pretty,
but its not always bad.
Sometimes i learn to listen to my heart,
othertimes i had to learn to shut it hard.
But the process always amuse me,
and results are not always stunning,
but what i really learned is,
don't fake anything and you would be happy.

pain : feel it
It’s okay to feel pain sometimes. After all pain is what makes you strong, pain is what makes you get going. Sometimes pain is just the biggest strength you have but if you try to run from this pain, it would be the force which will bring you down. As no matter how far you run, sooner or later, it will catch you. Further you run, more you lose. So it’s better to let yourself completely into it, so that you could later say, "Oh, that just hurt a bit, but then I got over it".
The day you could tell yourself this, you would emerge as a leader and then no pain could stop you. So we should stop complaining about our pain or factors which caused that pain. Just be ready to tackle every emotion of your heart and then you could rule your heart and happiness would be truly yours.

binding close or growing apart
It’s strange how time changes every other thing in life. People who were very close to us once could become a thing of distant memory and even if we meet them or talk to them, there is hardly much to talk. We all have and had friends we share great chemistry with, could spend many hours, day after day, with. But if you meet him or her after 5 or 6 years, would sharing be same comfort zone? No, you wouldn’t, but you would soon run out of topics to talk with them, and then to remember that they are the same people with whom time always used to fly away. But then the fault is all ours. After so many promises of staying in contact, we do loose contact.
Maybe it’s this age, our generation thing because I see old people meeting after so many years and having so much to share. But that’s because they have lived in an era when there was no electronic media, no internet, no mobile phones. They have lived in a time when it was possible to meet someone once in a few years and still be comfortable with them, an era where letters were more important than many things. Now the only letters I have received till now were my admit cards for competitive exams, and that too are going via internet now. The illusion of binding the world together via modern equipments has actually made us grow apart. It happened to me, and I am sure it has happened to almost all of us.

Peace: at our doorsteps, but no one opens the door
Peace is at our doorsteps, but no one opens the door as we are busy making a new door for it to come, but wouldn't that be too late.
When someone dies, we pray to god to give peace to his or her soul. But why don’t we pray or try to find peace in this life only. If we give it a thought, then this is very much what our heart truly desire. All our life we work, pray, desire to achieve things, to have a bigger home, more expensive clothes, better cars. But has it ever occurred to anyone that we are approaching it the wrong way. We are always asking for more and more with a hope to find happiness in this. But how could we find something which is not there. When no one is even satisfied with what they had in life, how can they be happy? Here I am not saying to stop dreaming, or stop achieving it with work. All I think is that don’t get too obsessed with it and loose what you actually have.
Only if we could ask for peace for our heart, peace for our mind, it would automatically generate happiness. Peace and satisfaction could do wonders to us. But alas! If men was so simple, if society was so thoughtful. Our society doesn’t judge us by how happy we look, how satisfied we are. They judge us by how rich we are, how good looking we are, how richly do we dress, what materialistic things have we achieved in our life and sadly, that’s how society works. They judge a book by its cover and not the content.

Equality
Here's a thought for today, "Equality", a single simple word with a simple yet sometimes unreachable meaning. People sometimes failed to treat their own two sons equally, so what could we expect from the real world. But what we fail to realize many times is that whenever this equality i am bragging about is absent, it weakens the system.
I could give my own example. When i was 3 or something( i don't really remember the exact age), i started thinking that my right leg is better than my left leg. That was an unexplained childish act, without any reason i remember. Now i simply consider that as an absurd assumption by me. But back then, it was a part of my beliefs. The result was that i always use to walk with my right leg followed by my left leg. That was also the time i started rope skipping, so without even knowing, i used to skip with my right leg followed by my left leg. But traditionally in rope skipping your both legs should be in sink jumping off the rope together. I realized that this right left thing is absurd after a year or two but i realized my flaw in skipping some more years after that and till now it had become a habit. As a result, till now i skip in a way it is not meant to be.
So absence of equality makes you loose some things.
